Latin American Regulation Forum
Within a framework where the public services regulation, especially in the water sector, is an increasing reality in the Latin American countries, and considering that some countries have not yet implemented an efficient regulation on this field, the Latin American Regulation Forum (FIAR) took place in Mexico City, and it enabled its participants to study and to position the Regulation theme at the Latin American level, by sharing experiences and concepts.
The FIAR was held at Casa de Cultura Quinta Colorada, in July 24-25, 2008.
